to provide children with a high-quality educational experience in a Christian environment.

Our Goals

• To provide children with a structured environment in which he or she can explore and learn through a play-based program.
• To provide an opportunity to learn about religion and how it pertains to themselves, their families and their lives.
• To provide an opportunity to learn about friends within a small social environment.
• To provide an opportunity to explore the basics of academics through hands-on activities and daily lessons.
• To provide an atmosphere where children can feel comfortable and proceed on to kindergarten with new friends.

Requirements

All students must meet the program requirements as stated on the enrollment form: Your child must be 3 or 4 years old by September 1, 2026. This follows our school district guidelines.

We ask that students are potty trained prior to September. As the start of the school year approaches please contact Mrs. Bringer with questions regarding your child's progress with potty training. Some potty training accommodations may be discussed.

Tuition and fees

Fees and documentation required at enrollment (your child's spot is not secured until all are received):

1. Registration form
2. $150 registration fee (Paid in full at time of registration OR in 2 installments- $75 at time of registration and $75 by August 1st)
3. Copy of official birth certificate (has an official seal)
4. For new students, a copy of the latest physical exam and immunization records must be turned into the office by October 1st.

• Annual tuition paid in full (single payment) will receive a 5% discount.
• Families with multiple children in the preschool program will receive a 5% discount.

Payment Information 

The $150 registration fee can be paid in full at the time of registration or in 2 installments: $75 at the time of registration and $75 on or before August 1. Registration is not complete until this fee is paid. 

Annual tuition paid in full (single payment) is eligible for a 5% discount, as noted above. Otherwise, monthly payments are paid in 9 installments, due on the 1st of the month, beginning September through May.

No tuition payments may be made until September 1, 2026.

How to Register for Preschool

In order to complete the registration process, you will need to supply:

• A completed registration form.  You can complete this form online.
• A copy of your child’s notarized birth certificate.
• A copy of your child’s most recent physical examination noting all required immunizations (new students only).
• Registration fee: The $150 registration fee can be paid at the time of registration or in 2 installments $75 at the time of registration and $75 before August 1.

When registering, please note your preference for the specific days of the week you’d like your child to attend.  We will try to accommodate your first choice.  However, we may need to adjust classes to fit enrollment and optimal class size.

Empowering God's Children

The Diocese of Rockford requires staff to instruct the children in a program titled Empowering God's Children. This lesson will be taught during the month of October. Parents will be given a copy of the lesson prior to group instruction. Indicate below if you agree to allow your child to participate in the lesson.
